Stats do not appear with new skin

[pircfighter]

I changed skin today. Now I play on GoalWin Poker, Ongame Network. I will still play on EspaceJeux, Boss Media Network occasionally though.

1 - My problem is that while PT4 import correctly GoalWin hands (I saw them when I click "View Import Status"), they do not appear when I click "View Today's Hands" and "My Hands".

2 - Also my OnGame stats do not appear although I clicked "Configure", "Sites & Import Option" and selected "OnGame Network". Oddly, I always see my Boss Media stats.

How come?

1 - View My Hands is based on the current active player, although I would expect to see them in Today's Hands if the import status says they're importing.

2 - Similarly here you need to select your OnGame screenname from the Player List in the top left corner. Your name should have been added to the list automatically when a played hand was imported (any new "hero" is added) but if you don't see it you can add it manually by selecting the option to add a player and typing your name.

If you want to see your stats from both sites combined you can link them as aliases by clicking the little red player icon next to the list.
