PokerTracker

So i requested my tournament hand histories and tournament summaries from stars and while the hand histories imported well, i get an error trying to import the tournament summaries. Warning: Unrecognized file format: USERNAME HU SNG user_tourneys.html
How do i import these? Thanks

HTML files are not supported - you can request files in the correct format via the PokerStars lobby.
The files need to be in plain text to import to PokerTracker.

How can i request tournament summaries for over 2000 tournaments via the ps lobby?

Please see the Tournaments FAQ for details.
