hud not working

hi my hud was working completely fine when i was playing on my 888 profile, then days later my brother has logged in on his profile and loaded up the hud and it just don't seem to be working, none of the options have been changed etc etc and its really frustrating me can anyone help please

Please make sure everything is setup correctly for your brothers account:

888 Configuration Guide

If things are setup correctly but PokerTracker 4 is not importing his hand history files then have you verified that 888 is actually creating the hand history files in the designated folder?

The files both have the exact same name that I haven't changed in any way but, it still says "Found 0 files to monitor". Please help?

Can you please provide some more details. Is this still on 888 or on a different poker site? What folders are configured? Is your poker site creating the hand history files in the hand history folder while you are playing?

The site is 888. Hand history files are not being created in the folder while I'm playing.

Make sure that the option to 'Keep my hand history in:' is enabled in the 888 client:

If it is then try a setting up a different folder and/or reinstalling your 888 client. If the 888 client still does not create hand history files on your computer then I would recommend contacting 888 for further support.
