I selected the "Compact a Poker Database" option.
A few seconds later, everything is gone. (No info anywhere, all data gone)
It saved a locked copy of the HH on my desktop
Did I just erase everything?

Are you using Vista? Where you running PTS as administrator when you compacted?

Vista- Yes
Running as an administrator- No

You need to be running all poker programs as administrator. See here:
viewtopic.php?f=30&t=1378See this thread for instructions on getting your data back. The instructions are for PT Hold'em. The filenames in PTS are almost identical, just add an "s" to the end of "ptrack" so if it mentions ptrack.mdb then you need to look for ptracks.mdb etc.
