I have a PLO8 STT listed as a session in my cash game stats. The -$1500 result is slewing my figures somewhat...
The session is from 06/18. Is there a way to delete an entire session?
PTO 1.13.01 (only upgraded this morning due to new Ladbrokes upgrade)

Yes, you can delete the session on the Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options window.
