Error while starting PTO

Last time i was using PTO my computer happened to crash. Probably not because of PTO.

However, after that when i try to start PTO, i get the basic windows error message, and PTO wont work. The crash probable messed it up somehow.

How can i fix this?

Install the latest PATCH, version 1.13.01 from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:

If it doesn't work after that, reinstall the full version from the link above. However this will require that you get a new reg. code. If have to go that route then please create a new support ticket to get a code.
