One Step Compact Wiped My Database

I was prompted to do the One-Step Compact. When I opened PTO a few minutes later, all the hands in my ring game statistics were gone. How do I get them back?

Using Windows Explorer, go to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder. Click on the Compatibility Files folder. Are there any files there?

Yes, there are 4. I renamed the "ptracko.mdb" since it was in the instructions of the thread you linked me to. The others are "hhcopyo.mdb", "ptoreg.mdb" and "ptracko_backup.mdb"

OK, the instructions were for PT Hold'em so this is better for PTO:
In the c:\program files\poker tracker omaha folder, rename the ptracko.mdb file to something else. Then copy the ptracko_backup.mdb file from the compatibility files folder to the real c:\program files\poker tracker omaha folder and rename it to ptracko.mdb.

Also, In the c:\program files\poker tracker omaha folder, rename the hhdbo.mdb file to something else. Then copy the hhcopy.mdb file from the compatibility files folder to the real c:\program files\poker tracker omaha folder and rename it to hhdbo.mdb.

If that doesn't work, what are the file sizes of the .mdb files in the c:\program files\poker tracker omaha folder?

That didn't work.

The .mdb files are as follows: hhdbo.mdb (copied and renamed from compatability files), 8584KB. hhdbo1.mdb (originally hhdbo.mdb), 208KB. ptoreg.mdb, 124KB. ptracko.mdb, 896KB. ptracko2.mdb (originally ptracko_backup.mdb), 13,460KB.

So if you run PTO and you are still not seeing stats then you must not have the ptracko2.mdb file as your default database. Use File Maintain Database Names to make sure that you have a database name pointed to the ptracko2.mdb file, check the Dflt checkbox for it, then close and reopen PTO. Do you see the stats then?

Sorry, could you walk me through this? I'm not exactly computer-savvy.

Open PTO and go to the menu. Select the File > Maintain Database Names... window to make sure that you have a database name pointed to the ptracko2.mdb file. Check the Dflt checkbox for it, then close and reopen PTO. Do you see the stats then?

If that ptracko2.mdb file is not listed then use the same window to add a new Access database and select that file. Check the Dflt checkbox for it, then close and reopen PTO.
