playback not working

recently when i have been trying to use the playback feature on the game notes section it doesnt work. it has worked well in the past and i can even pull up the hand history but when i click either the r button or the playback button from the hand history window the playback screen does not show up. thanks for the help

Go to the Window menu and select Reset Replayer Window Position.
