New computer, where's the SQL setup post?

Hi. I just bought a new computer and run PTO and PTH with PostgreSQL. My computer runs Vista 64bit. If you could please send me the link to the SQL setup page/how to make it work with PTO, that'd be great. I know to have UAC turned off and to run all poker programs as administrator. Is there anything else I should know eg which version of SQL I should be using? I move my databases back and forth between 2 computers, so I believe I have to make sure I'm running the same version of SQL on both computers.
