i cannot get omaha tracker to import observed hands. i have followed the directions through the help but no luck?

What site's auto-import window are you trying to use. Only site's that allow you to get observed hands will have this tab on the auto-import window in PTO.

okay yes it is importing the observed hands, however it is not putting them in Otrack, not sure why. I do have the latest patch?

What do you mean? It's says it's importing the hands but you don't see the stats for the hands? What is Otrack?

ok, fulltilt puts the observed hands in to the folder as a tmp file, however this message i get from the auto import box is "No hand history files have been created/updated since the last import.", yet i do have hands that have been observed? Otrack my short for omaha tracker.
