Can't import HH's from FTP

I get this message when i try to import HH's from FTP. "Error - unexpected action (Seat 1: Purple ($102)) for game #9539076761. " What's the problem ?

Does it happen on every hand or just this one? Please post the complete hand history for this hand. What version of PTO are you using?

You didn't post the hand history, just the errors. Make sure you have FTP set to save your hands in English. Also, make sure you are letting PTO change your regional settings. Utilities > Regional Settings... Then try importing new hands.

If those things don't help then please post a complete hand history here so I can see what is wrong.

I'm not sure why the hand is formatted this way, but PTO will not be able to import hands when the header seating/blind information is repeated in the hand history like this. Contact FTP and ask them why this happened.
