ipoker import problems

Hi, just got PTO installed today. I tried the 1000 hand free trial before I actually bought it. Everything worked fine and PT imported hands. However after my payment nothing is working.. PT wont import any hands at all.. Could really use some help since Im a total retard when it comes to computers and such.
