can't move processed files to a folder

every time i start up pt omaha, a window pops up before anything happens that reads that i should move processed files of hand histories to folder bc there are too many and it will slow ptomaha down and freeze it. i have the box checked to move the processed files to a specified folder but it's not working, and so ptomaha doesn't work. now what?
