PartyPoker HH AI errors - how can I fix it?

Hi,

PartyPoker has had errors in their handhistory for a long time now. I have wrote to them, but even IF they fix it, I would still like to correct my old HHs.

The problems is that a lot of HHs in AI situations end without distributing the main pot - e.g.:

Total number of players : 5
Seat 2: VILLAIN2 ( $5,794.52 USD )
Seat 3: VILLAIN1 ( $1,158.81 USD )
Seat 5: VILLAIN3 ( $1,083 USD )
Seat 1: HERO ( $1,048.75 USD )
Seat 4: VILLAIN4 ( $641 USD )
VILLAIN3 posts small blind [$5 USD].
HERO posts big blind [$10 USD].

Dealt to HERO [ Ah As Ks Tc ]
VILLAIN2 raises [$35 USD]
VILLAIN1 calls [$35 USD]
VILLAIN4 folds.

HERO shows [ Ah, As, Ks, Tc ]three of a kind, Aces.
VILLAIN1 shows [ 3c, 4h, 3d, 9c ]three of a kind, Threes.
VILLAIN1 wins $110.06 USD from the side pot 1 with three of a kind, Threes.

As you can see the HH is not complete wich means that PTO gives the pot minus who-wins-what equals the rake. So all the session summarys etc. is incorrect.

I cant just manually manipulate the HH and import it again since it writes that the HH is allready there. Is there another way to go about it?

You'll need to calculate and add the missing pot information at the end like in this split pot for example:

** Dealing River ** [ 8s ]
Byrrrr bets [$240.63].
Piter1917 calls [$240.63].
Byrrrr shows [ 3h, 7d, 6c, 5s ] a straight, four to eight.
Piter1917 shows [ 8h, Kc, Ad, 7c ] a straight, four to eight.
Byrrrr wins $528.63 from the main pot with a straight, four to eight.
Piter1917 wins $528.63 from the main pot with a straight, four to eight.

Sure - but how and where do I do that?

If I could purge a single hand, I could do that and import corrected HH later but thats not possible?!
Can I go into the Access and do it - if yes; how?

You can purge the whole the whole session using Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options, then modify the hand in the text file for that session, then re-import the session.

Hi,

I have now:

Exported HH from a whole month
Corrected the HH with errors from this month
Purged the whole month
Imported corrected HHs

It would be much easier to purge pr. session (or hand) but since I cant export a session this method is hard to use.

I have requested the feature of purging a single hand.

Based on how PTO works, that would be difficult to do in the current version. Hopefully that feature will be available in the next version.
