FULLTILT PT PROBLEM IMPORTING

im trying to import my hands from FTP but i get this when i hit the "start timer" button and it starts to import.

"Import Finished - 2 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported."

i go to ring game statistics but no stats come up. Please help. im a noob so please be specific about what to do.

Click the the Help link on the Full Tilt auto-import window. It gives specific instructions for setting this up. If it still doesn't work, make sure your language is set to English in the Full Tilt program.

I've already tried and followed those instructions. My fulltilt program is set in english but i still cant get my hands imported. this is what i keep getting "Import Finished - 2 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported"

I also tried to unwrap since hands are saved in wordpad but still did not work.

The hand histories shouldn't be wrapping since they are saved by FTP in an unwrapped state.

What folder do you have the Full Tilt auto-import window set to look for hands in? These are real money Omaha ring or tournament hands, right?

This is the folder i have to look hands for c:\program files\full tilt poker\handhistory
they are real money omaha ring game hands

Are you using Windows Vista? If so are you running PTO and FTP as administrator every time? If you are, use File > Import Hand Histories to manually import the two files that are in (or in a subfolder of) c:\program files\full tilt poker\handhistory. Does PTO say the import the hands? or does it say they are already in the database?
