poker tracker on everest

Hi everybody, new on this forum

Installed PTO 2 days ago; is it possible to import hands for 3 weeks ago on Everest and how should i operate.

For importing Everest hands look on the PTO menu at Help > Getting Started... If the hands are still on your PC then they will import.

Thank you for your quick response. I followed all the instructions and the result was:" Import Finished - 48 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported."

They many have changed something. Create a new support ticket and attach one the files from Everest that won't import so I can see what is happening:
