bought PTO from PSO but was getting PT3

Hey there,

I recently finished a promotion on http://pokersource.com and marked PTO as the gift. Still i got PT 3 that i don't need a second time. Any chances you can transfer that PT 3 code into a PTO code or did i just miss something and the PT 3 code can be used to register a PTO copy?
I'm really looking forward for your reply and hope that the change is possible.
