FTP Observed Hands?

I cannot import observed hands -- they are saved in TMP files and are not detected for importing, is there a solution to this?

On the auto-import window make sure you have set the HandHistory folder as the folder where PTO is looking for hands, not the HandHistory/<yourname> folder. Also check the Observed Hands tab on that window. See that the "Do Not Import Obeserved hand..." box is NOT selected and make sure the database is set to the correct one which you want observed hands to go into.
