Deleted PTO by accident, need to reregister

Hi,

I accidentally erased both PTO and PT2. Do I need to reregister them? If so, how can I get the registration codes? Also, it has been awhile since I set up PTO to work with Full Tilt. After re-downloading PTO, I followed the steps to begin saving hands, but it did not work. Any common problems that are come up when setting up PTO with FT? Thanks so much.

You should create new support tickets to re-register the programs. Be sure include you new product ID for each ticket:

Are hands not being saved by FTP? Do you have PTO set up to get hands from the same folder the FTP is creating them in?
