My ftp has been running soooo slow and laggy its now messing up my import and saying that there is Error-unexpected action.
Can this be fixed or are these hands lost?

If FTP is not completely writing the hand histories to the file there is nothing PTO can do. Contact FTP support and ask them if they are having problems.
