While installing I'm instructed to have dbsize and pg adminsupport boxes checked, but they do not appear on the applicable screen. what now? Thanks...

Do not change any defaults, just leave everything set as it is. The only thing you should be doing is entering a password on 2 windows when prompted, everything else should not be touched.
