FTP problems after last update

I'm having problems since Full Tilts software update this morning. It says it reads the files, but no new hands loaded. What to do?

I'm experiencing the same problem. Error message reads "File contains no Texas Hold'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from."

Since no stats are showing on the table, it is also a Hud problem. Pokerace just needs PT for updating hands. You can run Pokerace anytime and it will show previous stats on the table. So I'm sure that both PT and Pokerace will need a patch.

Ok, just downloaded hands from the FT beta hands history site that you find when you click "my promotions" I downloaded them to my desktop and then imported them into PT. It works fine this way. Of course most of us are addicted to playing with PAH showing stats as we play so this is just a way of downloading hands after the fact and updating your PT stats.

If you haven't ever used the "FT Beta hand retriever" it is pretty easy. Log into FT, click "check my promotions" under requests in the lobby at the top. It will open an internet window, you will see the hand history tab, click on it and follow instructions. It gives you the option to retrieve hands based on # of hands, date, range all the way back to early 2008. At some point your suppose to be able to retrieve all hands that you have ever played at FT. Depending on the # of hands you request it can take 1 -2 hrs for the hands to be retrieved. There is a refresh button under your request, it says pending until the hands are available. Then it gives you a date for how long they are available. Once they are available look to the right and there is a download arrow, don't click the red delete arrow. Once I download them to notepad, I then save them to my desktop. Go to PT top icon on the left, click on it, then click on "select files to import", browse to you find where you saved the hand histories and download.

I tried to do the retrieving of Hand Histories just now, but when it went to the website like you said there was no "Hand History" tab.
