Import Error - Game date

I am getting this error message when i am trying to import hands from Betfred to Poker Tracker 2. Unable to get the game date (2) for game #1354770090...03-Jan-2009 02:16:13

The Hand Histories is saved on my PC in XML and looks like this when i open it.

Make sure you have the latest patch, v2.17.03d...

Also, you need to make sure you are letting PT change your regional settings to English/US at startup...
