PTH2 Ongame error

Postby bobi_benetton » Thu May 15, 2008 5:14 pm

I have a problem to import a hand history from ongame.
"PokerRoom database bug (incomplete hand history) found for game #1,000,000. You will have to manually request this hand from the PokerRoom web site."
"Error blind not a valid number for game #P4-57722199-247."

I had a version 2.17.01g and sqliteobc and my region settings are ok.....

Are you using Vista?

Try creating a new database.

Under the Statistics menu on the Ongame lobby window you need to select "Advanced" > "Create Statistics File". Give it a name and then it will start to use a different file than the one that is corrupted. In Poker Tracker, on the File/Auto-Import PokerRoom (and skins) Hand Histories window click the Configure Hand History Files button and tell PT about this new file. Note also that you can delete the pointer to the older db file so PT doesn't keep trying to look at that each time and continue giving errors.

I'm not talking about creating a new database in PT, I'm talking about creating a new Ongame database, the one they use to store your hand histories that PT reads from. Please read the directions again for how to do this.
