Long-term paid version turns to trial version...

It tells me I'm using a trial version, that I have xx days left in my trial, and that I need to send the product ID to the sales email. The problem is that I can't access the program (the "OK" button is greyed out), so it won't let me see the product ID.

What email did you use to register the program? I have no record of this one used for the new site.

Are you using Vista?

Reinstall the FULL VERSION of the program from the first link on this page:
http://www.pokertracker3.com/products/PTH/download.php

Does the OK button get enabled now? If not, what does the version number say on this window?

If it does become enabled, get this patch again

and PM me with the new product ID so I can create a new code.

Installed the full version, and now when I boot it a) a dos-looking window opened and closed briefly, and b) it doesn't give me the trial version message anymore.

I'll go ahead and download that patch.

err I just PMed you with my product ID, but saying as how it's now back to normal and acting as the full version I guess I don't need the registration code(?)
