Error when creating alias

I get the following error message when I try to create an alias any ideas:

[ptrack pat]

That error means that the name you are trying to alias has played in a tournament with the main name you are trying to alias to and there is a tournament summary record for each user for the same tournament therefore you cannot create the alias. You would have to find this tournament summary and delete one of the names from it using the File > Tournament Results - Manual Entry > PokerStars window.

Unfortunately, there is no fast way of finding out which tourney it was.
