There's got to be a bettere way

Postby Kevin J » Thu May 08, 2008 2:10 pm

I know there are posts and FAQ's about how to transfer hand histories, but I'm wondering if anyone uses PokerTracker with a network. There must be a better way than what I'm doing.

My main PokerTracker database is on my desktop (although I also have it on my laptop). When I play online using my laptop, I transfer the hand histories to a network sharing folder, and then transfer them to my hand history folder on my desktop, and then important them into my main PokerTracker database on my desktop. Is there an easier way to do this? Ideally, I could copy the entire database back and forth. It's a little frustrating not having all my data on players when playing on my laptop. I'd appreciate any advice or if someone can point me to a thread that addresses this. I searched and didn't find anything. Thanks.

You can just copy your database files back and forth. See the FAQ for a list of the files to copy
