Error import hands from prima :(

Hi!

I tryde to import some hands from prima a couple of days now, but i get an error. This is only casg game, i can´t import any new ones. Tournament HH works fine.

I get this error:

Unable to get the tournament ID for tourney game number 1997937308...0.50 NL - Tournament) Real Money

As i said, it´s cash game and not tournament.

I get this one to:

Error with flop cards incorrectly recorded (** Dealing the flop: Q of s, 6 of c, 5 of c) for tourney game #1997943950.

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.02 from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:

Is this the error you still get?? If you have 2.17.02 installed and still get this error then you need to make sure you have the English version of the Prima software installed. If you don't, you'll need to uninstall the Prima software and reinstall it again making sure to choose English as the default language when you install.
