Microgaming Import Problems

I'm using Version 2.17.02.

I have been playing a Microgaming site, GNUF, all week and have been able to import hands just fine. Approx 6000 hands played. One thing that was an issue was at one point during the week, not sure when, upon INITIALLY clicking START TIMER to import, I would get a message that read:

Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 5 hand(s) were imported.

So it would still import the hands (in this case 5...but that number was different each time depending upon how many hands it had read), but it came up with the error. But AFTER THIS appeared, it worked fine, reading and importing all hands no problem. So like I said it was only at the start.

I opened up the error log and there were always the same two hands that were listed for the Error Messages:

and

So although I was getting the error messages and had the issue at the start, after that initial read, PT was reading and importing fine for GNUF.

Now just yesterday I opened up an account at a different Microgaming site, Poker Time, and upon starting up Poker Tracker I encountered the exact same import error message and again the two same errors. What was different was that this time, after this initial error message, every minute PT would fire and be supposed to read and import hands, it would come back with:

Reading database...
There are no new hands in the database.

In other words at this new site, Poker TIme, it was not reading or importing any hands.

I have re-downloaded everything for v2.17.02. The Full Version, the Patch, and the Help Files. All to no avail. Still cannot read and import hands from the new Microgaming site Poker Time.

Also in both cases, before I get the initial error message, PT will say READING DATABASE, hand #....and then it will spool through what seems like ALL the hands in the data base. Should it be doing this, I mean should it ALWAYS be spooling through the entire # of hands?

Then, again before the initial error message it will stop at two hands and list them.

So here is the exact order of what comes up upon me initially clicking START TIMER:

(it then says Reading database, hand #xxxxxxxxxx and proceeds to spool through all the hands...all the xxx's are changing...then the spooling stops and changes to this exactly):

Also, at first, earlier in the week when I was getting the initial error message while playing at GNUF, it would come up basically immediately after it had spooled through all the hands, but now it hangs for a long time, about 1 minute. In my Windows Task Manager, PT's status during that time is: Program Not Responding.

Don't know what to try next.

On the Prima auto-import window, click the Configure Database Files button. On the next window, make a note of the folder location of the GameHistory.dat file that you are pointing PT to read from.

Close PT and the poker site. Go to this folder and rename the GameHistory.dat file to GameHistory_bad.dat. Then open the poker site software and play another hand. They should create a new GameHistory.dat file for you to continue to import from. Open PT and and the Prima auto-import window and you should be able to start importing again.

When attempting to use PT2 with "Poker Time" I consistently get error:
Unable to get the tournament ID for tourney game number 1986639955...0.20 NL - Tournament) Real Money

It is a cash game.

I tried removing (renaming) GameHistory.dat but i still get the same error..
