Problem with emailed hand histories from Full Tilt

Hi
Im a relative newbie with PT and cant figure out how to add histories that Full Tilt emailed me. I have copied and pasted them into the folder where my hand histories go but they dont show up in my database.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Use the Select Files To Import button on the File > Import Hand Histories/Tournament Summaries window to try to import this file.
Does it tell you any hands were imported or does it give errors?

Thanks for the quick reply,
When I try the suggested way it doesnt import the hands because they exist in the database already? I am getting an error when I try to auto import that says "Error unexpected action"

Just as an after thought would it be possible that they are not showing up because the dates of the HHs are from before the database was started?

The dates on the hands shouldn't matter, maybe you have some filters set that are preventing them from showing?

If you open the Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options window, select your name from the list, do you see the sessions from this date displayed there?
