Access violation error

When my Prima skin (PokerHost) changed to the new microgaming software yesterday, I am getting a PT error about 3-5 times/day.

When I get the error, PokerTracker terminates.

I have the latest PT2 with sql db. Any ideas?

On the Prima auto-import window, click the Configure Database Files button. On the next window, make a note of the folder location of the GameHistory.dat file that you are pointing PT to read from.

Close PT and the poker site. Go to this folder and rename the GameHistory.dat file to GameHistory_bad.dat. Then open the poker site software and play another hand. They should create a new GameHistory.dat file for you to continue to import from. Open PT and and the Prima auto-import window and you should be able to start importing again.

I can import most of the time, the error just happens some of the times it imports

could this error be memory related?
I just swapped my memory modules to 2Gb mem instead of 1Gb, and I just got the first bluescreen of death message this computer has ever had. Could it be bad memory?

It's possible that could be a problem.

Try starting a new db like I described below. Also, try using the Utilities > PostgreSQL Database Functions window to do a FULL vacuum/analyze on this PostgreSQL database (I would also suggest to do a backup of the PostgreSQL database as well - if the error continues, maybe an uninstall/reinstall of PostgreSQL and a restore of the database might help).
