raked hands

I am signed up with rake the rake. its been pretty good, and nice to get that little extra in your account every month. But what I noticed is that poker tracker keeps track of raked hands as well, and my results for money raked is different then the raketherake website.

- Has anyone else come across this?

- Is it just that poker tracker is wrong, or is it that raketherake is wrong?

Are you looking at the total rake field on the General tab of the stats window? That is total rake taken from hands you won money in, it's not to be used for calculating rakeback.

so is there a way to calculate rakeback?

There is an MGR field on the Game Notes tab which is the rake * number of players - the sum of that field taken times the rakeback % you get should give some kind of idea of the number but it's not 100% accurate and if the rakeback site uses a different method for calculating rakeback then this isn't going to be right either.
