Boss media problem (not about currency) Pt2

I use PTv2 and since a couple of days, the auto import function doesnt work. It says it can't find any new hands (no new hands imported). I didn't change anything in the settings and contacted Paradise poker (boss) But they sent me to you. Do you have any idea what the problem is?
