stats from general info and positi stats dont match

Im seeing that my 6max hands on UTG in the general info are 830 (putting in the filter "exactly 3 positions off the button) but in the "position stats" there are only 559, when the total number of hands is the same. What happens?

It could be because those are times you posted a blind to start the game in which case the Position stats tab would have you listed in the BB instead of 3 OTB whereas the filter on the general tab is looking at just the position. If you select the "Not a blind" option on the filters window, are the numbers the same then?
