Error importing from Prima

I just set up a Eurolinx account and set it up with pokertracker, but i keep getting this error message when I try import hands.

I did this but I am still getting the same error.

Your version number say 2.17.01i and not g ??

Mine says g. How do I get the correct version? I downloaded the one from the link.

Did you install it after you downloaded?? Double-click on the EXE file you downloaded to install the patch.

Yes, I am installing it after I download it. I have pt installed twice, once on my E: drive and once on an external drive connected to my computer. When I install the patch it defaults to the PT on the external drive which has updated to v 2.17.01i. I keep changing it to update the PT on my E: drive but it will not update properly. It still says v 2.17.01g.

Why do you have it installed twice? If that's the case then you need to run it from the EXE file on the external drive. There also shouldn't be a problem changing the location of where the files are being extracted to. If it's still saying the old version numbers then the EXE file you are running is not the new one.

I am sorry I am not quite understanding exactly what you are wanting me to do. Should I just unistall PT from my external drive and then try to reinstall the patch?

Right-click on the desktop icon that you use to run Poker Tracker and select Properties from the popup menu.
What is the value in the Target field? That is the folder you want to install the patch into.

Now double-click on the patch EXE file. Click Next. On this window where it shows the folder to install to click the BROWSE button and point it to the folder where that the TARGET field of the icon properties told you PT was installed in. Once you select that folder click NEXT and just continue to install the patch.
