The tourney summaries have to be entered manually, see this FAQ

I Know, but where can I find these Summaries?

There are no summaries, that's why you have to enter them manually. If you mean how do you find the results then you are going to have to make sure to record what you results were, how much you won, what place of finish, etc. You don't need to enter the information for every player in the tourney, you can just enter your own stats which is the most important.
