Not all OnGame hands imported

Hello.
I play on TowerPoker. I got the latest patch for my PT2, and I (think I)set it up correctly. I get hands into the database, but today while I was searching for two particular hands I wanted to discuss with my friends, I wasn't able to find any of them. I then searched for some other hands I remembered and I could only find some of them. When I add the profit shown in ring games and in tournamets, it is totaly different then what I see in the TowerPoker client.
It seems that not all of my played hands are imported. TowerPoker does not offer, or maybe I cannot find statistics to see the exact number of played hands.

Is this a bug or am I not configuring something right?

This is a constant problem with Ongame. Are you able to find the hands when you open the Statistics > Show Session Browser window from the Ongame lobby window? If not, then they never were recorded by Ongame in the first place for PT to be able to import.

There software lags in the time it takes to record hands, especially if you multi-table. The thing to do is leave the Ongame lobby window open after you are done playing for about an hour or so to allow it time to catch up and record all the hands.

These previous missing hands are gone though, there isn't a way to get them back.

i knew there had to be something wrong with them, i liked them too much in the first day...
