interpreting stats

Hi,

I have logged 10,000 and I am winning a small amount but I really need help in analysis my play as I am sure I have some leaks, but I do not have enough knowledge or experience to really use poker tracker properly to help find them. I have found a couple of threads on other forums but nothing that is really comprehensive and I don't really want to pay $20 to buy poker tracker guide as I believe this info should be available for free as I paid for the software. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a free comprehensive guide on how to use poker tracker?
