Problem with PT2 and PAHUD

Postby Nwit » Mon Mar 24, 2008 2:28 pm

At the end of last month I created a backup of my database on a portable HD. I then did a restore from the portable HD to my laptop. Everything went fine. Used PT and PAHUD for a month. Last night I backed up the database from the laptop to the portable HD and then restored to PT on my desktop.

I noticed that the won/loss numbers did not match with what I remembered as actual results.

When I started PT this morning I got this Error Message:

Error retrieving from the VERSION_INFO table. 0 – Select returned more than one row

After clicking OK the msg does not return.

After starting PAHUD I get this message:

SQL exception while trying to query player: Error executing “SELECT main_site_id, alias_id, treeview_icon FROM players WHERE screen_name=’xxxxxxxx’ AND main-site_id=(SELECT site_id FROM poker_sites WHERE site_abbrev=’FTP’)”: ERROR: more than one row returned by a subquery used as an expression; Error while executing the query

The above error msg keeps coming back no matter how many times I click the OK button.

I am running PokerAce Hud v1.18 and PT 2.16.03d.

Can you help?

Thanks in advance,
Nwit

It sounds like the backup didn't work. Does the laptop work OK? If it does, then I would say to do another backup and restore from that again. Make sure you let the DOS window that opens when you do the backup/restore close on it's own. If you close the DOS window manually then the backup/restore hasn't finished and could lead to these types of errors.
