PT Problem (2.17.01h) since the Everest Update...

Postby Charlz » Thu Mar 20, 2008 6:14 am

Sorry, my english is not so good, i hope all here can understand me ;)

Since Everest updated his Software, PT imported not all of my played Hands @ NL25 FR.
The most of them are in the Database, but the Winrate/Winnings are not 100% correctly.
A few hands are lost :(

I read here in the Forum any Thread about an Everest Problem, but i cant find an right answer about my Problem.
The most here play SH, i play FR.
Is there any Option in PT or must i wait, since Everest or PT have a new Update?

I use the PT 2.17.01h Version...i think the newest

Thank you very much for Answers,

Charlz :)

This is not a PT problem. Everest is writing every hand you play to one single hand history file instead of creating a separate file for every table therefore PT cannot determine the actual table name and limits. You need contact Everest support about this issue. They were supposed to have gotten this fixed.

Hello ptpat!

Thank you very much for your fast answer.
When i understand you right, i must wait until Everest updated his Software?
Or must i write an email with my Problem to the Everest Support?
The Tablenames after the last Update are the same @ NL25 FR and i think, there are from every table an HH.
There failed only a few hands, but the Winrate is not 100% correct...normal ;)

I checked one Option with an new install about the Everest Software in english, but the same problem.

Greetings,

Charlz
