Error after reinstalling PT, registred without new code?

There was a problem with my old PT. God know's what. Something with a viruscanner I think. Now I uninstalled it, downloaded a new one and asked for a new code. You sent me a link with a patch (http://www.pokertracker3.com/products/PTH/download.php) to download and then I would get a productID which I had to sent to you guys.

But after the patch PT said it was already registred? And after that I was sent a new registrationcode, which I couldn;t use because he already was registred.

If I run PT now he gives errors after importing the HH's. Utility - Errorlogs is giving these errors: Unable to get the game level/limit...$0.00/$0.00.

What's wrong with my beloved PT? 8-)
