Everest SitandGo Import problem

Hi!

I have a proble with importing SnG Results. Pokertracker imports "Amount won", "1st, 2nd, 3rd" Place, the played hands and ITM correct. But the rest doenst work:

- no import of the Buy In
- no import of the table type
- no import of BuyIn+Fee+Ext
- no import of Net Amount Won
- no import of ROI
- no import of Avg. players
- no import of avg. finish


I have downloaded the latest patch v.2.17.01.g. Its only on Everest poker. Everything else works fine. The problem was also there, before the last Everestpatch. Please help me...i cant live without a working Pokertracker :)

This problem is the result of the same problem people are having here

Everest is not creating separate files for every tournament, they are combining all the hands into one file therefore PT cannot enter this information accurately.

No, the problem was already there BEFORE the new patch for Everest was released. Whats my line?

Open the File > Tournament Results - Manual Entry > Everest Poker window and enter this information there.

If PT isn't doing this automatically, are you using a non-English version of Windows?? Are you using Vista?

Yes, im using a non-english version of Windows Vista. Causes this any trouble?

Yes. As a work around, with PT closed, you have to use the Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options window to manually change your settings to "English (United States)", apply the changes THEN START PT and import the hands.
