Two problems... Please help.

For some reason my auto rate player isnt working, I have icons for a ton of players but it recently has stopped doing them. I know something is wrong because I have players with over 1000 hands no logo and players with over 100 hands and logos.

My second issue is I cant remember what email I used when I ordered PTV2 so Im not sure if this my second account or not is there anyway to check?

Is the auto-rate on import box checked on the import window?
Did you use the Batch Rate button on the 3rd tab of the Utilities > Auto-Rate Players window? What happens?? If it doesn't change the icons on any players then they are already rated according to the rules and criteria you have selected.

You used the same email you used to sign up for the forum to register the program.
