Boss Media: No hand histories

[necromancer]

I have recently installed a Boss Media skin. The software is not saving the hand histories to my hard drive. The software is in the default location but I have played hands and therer is no "hand History" Folder. In the past I have used this same skin and it has worked normally but not on this new computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled after clearing cookies. I have contacted support at the poker site. Any idea?
