trouble with PT and UB

ok so i use pt and pahud on ultimate bet. i can get pt to import the hh's but after that i try to view my session and i cannot find ANY of the imported hands that i just played!!! it is kind of frusrating for me.. i have searched many many times for the reason for this and i simply cannot figure this out.

any help would be much appreiciated
