went to shodown way to high suddenly

I'm asking for my girlfrind. Since a few days her pokertracker shows a much too high went to showdown of about 70-75. The error also occurs at older statistics, where she had about 35 wts.

All filters are removed and she has the latest update. What's wrong?

we both got our pokertracker codes via pokerstrategy.com. this acc was opened with my spam mail adress

she is playing pokerstars

we also just found out, that there are hands missing. about one half
