Prima Skin: N/A Stats

Hello,

I have bought PA Hud a while ago now, but I still can't get it to work properly...
The stats don't seem to appear. PokerAce Hud recognizes the table but the only thing that is shown is 'N/A'.
So every stat doesn't show a figure but the N/A symbol. Although, I do have enough hands on the persons playing and I don't have any filters enabled.

Don't look at the position of the stats, I haven't changed it yet, since it isn't showing the correct ones anyway.

Are you importing your hands into PokerTracker while playing? Make sure that the database you are importing your hands into is selected in PokerAce Hud under Options->Preferences->Databases->Holdem. PokerTracker should list the database name at the top of the import window.

If that is not the problem, enable logging, open Prima, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that I can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
