Prima new table screw-up

Postby wako » Wed Apr 16, 2008 1:08 am

Hi
I tried to fix the new poker tables at Prima by downloading the latest ver of HUD and now I have a trial ver with no 10 seat Prima layout.
My apology's for the screw-up. Whats the fix?

stupid and sorry

Simply re-enter your registration code under Help->About. If you no longer have your code, you can request it by following the link below. Enter the email address you purchased PokerAce Hud with and a new registration code will automatically be emailed to you.

Registration Issues - Need Registration Code

I am unsure what you mean by you have no 10 seat prima layout? If you uninstalled PokerAce Hud rather than simply installing over-top of your existing installation then you more than likely deleted any custom layouts that you saved.

Best regards,

Derek

Hi
I should have been more specific. I downloaded v1.19.6 beta over my old PA HUD. I had no custom laypout as I adapt the poker site in thier directorys.
I'm sure once I recover my registration code I'll be up and running.
Anyway the point of this post is to say that free support is wonderfull but I love this program and would pay for support especially when I've screwed-up. How can users make donations as I feel I owe you for your time?

Thanks for the offer but no donation is needed. I can tell you that we will soon be offering a VIP support service to ensure that all emergency questions are answered very quickly. (Even though our free service is fast as well) This new service will help eliminate any potential downtime and we all know that time is money. :)

Best regards,

Derek
