Observed tables not importing into Pokertracker

[MisterBob]

I'm observing a table in Pokerstars and I see the three table stats and the mucked cards, however I'm not seeing any player stats and their information is not importing into Pokertracker! I've got Pokerhud pointing at the right database, I'm in memory scanner mode, and the importer successfully sees my hand histories, but for some reason Pokerace doesn't want to ship the data to Pokertracker when I'm observing a table! I am confused and scared!

Pokerstars does not allow datamining, so you can only get hand histories into PT2 for hands you play.

Options->Preferences->Poker Sites->PokerStars, choose 'Use the memory scanner'.
