My hud has stopped refreshing stats at the table. I also have it set up show it shows my own stats and that is now staying blank like I'm not even playing. The only way I can get HUD to refresh is by closing and opening it over and over again (obv a problem with 12 tables).
I recently deleted a alias from PT and it happened right after this. Could that be part of the problem?

Nah, that would not cause the problem.
Enable logging, open your poker client, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that I can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue. We will get it working again for you. :)

The only thing is not working now is my own personal stats are not refreshing at the table.

Ok, please send me an updated log file and I will get that resolved. Due to your previous problem I was not able to see this in your previous log file.

We are having issues with our mail server which I have been dealing with all day. On the front page of the site go Support->My Tickets. Open up your ticket and you should have a reply...

This can be caused by one of many different issues. I suggest reading through the Tutorial: Troubleshooting Performance Issues which should resolve the issue.
If you are still having problems after doing the above, please send me a log file as requested at the bottom of the tutorial.
